David Rosenblum (1893-1957) served in the Third Corps of the United States Army during World War I from March 26, 1918, to
February 22, 1919, and was overseas in France from September 19, 1918, to February 22, 1919. Rosenblum was a talented jazz
pianist and formed a sextet and a comedy duet while overseas. After returning home, Rosenblum became a dry goods merchant,
and by 1941, Rosenblum had founded the first radio station in Butler County, WISR. This collection contains letters written
by David Rosenblum to his family during his military service in France during World War I.
