Joel Howard Reber (born 1870) was a Philadelphia attorney, who served as president of the Plays and Players Club of Philadelphia and was involved with the Art Alliance and the Drama Guild. This collection consists of letters written to Reber from friends and acquaintances, many of them actors, producers, designers or otherwise involved in theater. Many of the letters refer to gifts and cards sent by Reber, and several of them refer to parties given by Reber and his wife.
