The Dr. Daniel and Eleanor Albert collection of ophthalmology material (1596-2000, undated) presents the historical transformations of eye care and ocular medicine, with a particular emphasis on the field in the nineteenth century. While the majority of materials in this collection relate to ophthalmology, some pertain more broadly to medicine or to American history. In addition to the historical medical documents, this collection includes dozens of pairs of antique spectacles and over one hundred ophthalmoscopes.

Fahnestock, French and Co. was a firm of merchants operating in the nineteenth century in Chicago, Illinois. Located at 393 West Madison Street, the firm sold the Gold Medal Sewing Machine and was also contracted to sell the Walking Motion Treadle for Sewing Machines by Keith, Baldwin & Co. This collection consists of a sales, advertising, and commission ledger, dated from 1871-1872, an alphabetized index book corresponding to the ledger, advertisements, blank bill heads, a contract, and an instruction booklet.

Over the years, the Law Association of Philadelphia Library became the Law Library of the Philadelphia Bar Association (1931) and the Theodore F. Jenkins Memorial Law Library (1967). This collection contains receipts, ephemera, and manuscripts from 1879 to 1897, presenting a near-daily record of the Law Association's highly regarded library during 1881 and 1882 and documenting the Association's efforts to maintain an up-to-date library.
