Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA) in 2005. Drafting began in as early as 1997. The Daniel Glosband Papers:

York firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. . Rosen contributed to the drafting of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, taught as an adjunct
professor at NYU and served as chairman of the National Bankruptcy Conference from 1984 to 1992.
