The American College of Bankruptcy (ACB) was founded in 1989 to fund and assist projects related to bankruptcy practice, including consumer bankruptcy, corporate reorganization, and international insolvency. The collection, 1991-2006, includes materials related to organizational activity as it relates to the field of bankruptcy law, including administrative files, committee papers, meeting materials, and publications.

Biography/History

The American College of Bankruptcy (ACB) was founded in 1989. Fellows to the College are selected by a board of regents on the basis of professional, ethical, and scholastic excellence in the field of bankruptcy law. The organization consists of bankruptcy lawyers, judges, and scholars. The ACB funds and assists projects related to bankruptcy practice, including consumer bankruptcy, corporate reorganization, and international insolvency.

Scope and Contents

The American College of Bankruptcy Records (1991-2006) include materials related to organizational activity as it relates to the field of bankruptcy law, including administrative files, committee papers, meeting materials, and publications.
