Guoneicheng (Korean: Guknaeseong) in Ji'an (Korean: Jiban), Jilin Province, China. Guoneicheng is a fortress city that is believed to have been Koguryo (Goguryeo)'s second capital from the early first century CE until 427 CE when the capital moved to Pyongyang. It remained a secondary capital until Koguryo fell in 668.
