Summary:
Account of the practice of the Inquisition in Naples, with 4 leaves at the end in Latin with brief lives of St. Francis of Assisi and St. Elizabeth of Hungary, taken from the work of Bartholomew of Trent.

Foliation: Paper, i (contemporary paper) + 353 + i (contemporary paper); [iii, 1-350]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Script: Written in a cursive script by a single hand, with final 4 leaves in a second hand.
Decoration: Title page in red and gold (f. 1r); heading in red and gold with calligraphic initial (f. 2r); initials in alternating red or gold paint throughout.
Binding: Contemporary parchment.
Origin: Written in Italy, last decade of 17th century (Zacour-Hirsch).
