Mistakes blotted out with black or just written over. Parts of leaves 1, 13, 14 ripped. Marginal corrections and additions, some lengthy.
Written in 9 lines per leaf.
14 leaves foliated 1-13, [i], lower right verso.
Colophon: ity agniṣṭome brāhmaṇāchaṃsīprayogaḥ // athātyaggniṣṭomaḥ // idaṃ pustaka[ṃ] kṛṣṇāṭhākare likhite saṃpūrṇamastu // (f. 14r)
Scribe is Kṛṣṇa Ṭhākare (f. 14r).
