Colophon (work 1): itiśrīdīkṣītatripāṭhīgovardhanena viracitāyāṃ [soma]saṃsthāpaddhatauprathamo 'gniṣṭomasamāptaḥ / saṃvat 1873 kārtike māsi śuklapakṣe paurṇasāsyāṃ iṃduvāsare kāthāṃ tilakaveṃkaṭeśena likhāpitaṃ / svārthaṃparopakārārthaṃca / śrī / śrī / śrī / (f. 46r-46v).
Colophon (work 2): ityāj̄āni / (f. 47r).
Dated saṃvat 1873 (1817), in Kārtika (October-November), in the bright half of the month (f. 46v).
Scribe is Tilaka Veṅkateśa (f. 46v).
Mistakes covered in yellow or blacked out, some marginal notations, highlights in red throughout, vertical margins marked with double red line, chant indicated in red above syllables through most of text.
