Written in 10 lines per leaf.
4 leaves foliated upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: svahastena likhitaṃ nārāyaṇadevena śubhaṃbhavatu / (f. 4r).
Mistakes blacked out, some corrections in margins, text highlighted in red throughout, vertical margins marked with double red line, accents given throughout.
Scribe is Nārāyaṇadeva (f. 4r).
Item 3035 was formerly housed as part 1 of Item 79.
