Written in 13-14 lines per leaf.
9 leaves foliated 1-7, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti sa[ṃ]nyaśagrahanavidhi samāptaṃ // saṃvat 1790 śālacaitravadi amāvāsyāravivāsare kāsīṃ sthitaḥ / iti śrīparamahaṃ haṃsaparivrājansār[?] śrīmadvāsudevānaṃdasarasvatīli[khi]ta[ṃ] pustakam idaṃ // paṭṭaṣṭyāstadā lekhyamamadoṣo nadīpate (f. 8v-9r).
Dated saṃvat 1790 (1733) in Caitra (March-April) in the dark half of the month on Sunday on the night of the new moon (f. 9r).
Scribe is Vāsudevānanda Sarasvatī (f. 9r).
Mistakes blacked out; some corrections in margins; vertical margins marked with double black line.
