Title from colophon (f. 9r).
Scribe is Keśava Bhaṭṭa Thiṭeya, son of Ananta Bhaṭṭa.
Written in 8 lines per leaf.
10 leaves foliated 1-10, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti viṣṇusūktasamāptaḥ // śrīkṛṣnārpaṇamastu // hastākṣara anaṃtabhaṭṭātmajakeśavabhaṭṭathiṭeyena likhitaṃ // (f. 9r-v).
