Text to be used in private or public meditation and prayer in honor and worship of the Hindu Tantric goddess Vagalā, giving one thousand names of the goddess in the form of mantras. Text is incomplete with first folio missing.
Title from colophon (f. 16v).
Written in 7-10 lines per leaf.
15 leaves foliated 2-16, upper left and lower right verso.
Scribe is Lakṣmīdatta (f. 16v).
Colophon: iti śrī utkaṇṭaśaveranāgendraparāyaṇatantre ṣoḍaśasahasre viṣṇuśakrasamvāde śrīvagalāsahasranāmasaṃpūrṇa [2 dotted circles] samvat 1906 [1 dotted circle] śubham [2 dotted circles] candrāṅkarasasaṃyukte vatsareravivāso lakṣṃīdatena likhitaṃ pītānāmasahasūkam [1 dotted circle] (f. 16v).
