Summary:
Manuscript for private or public recitation and prayer in praise and veneration of the Tulsi plant (tulasī), especially sacred to the followers of the Hindu god Viṣṇu and known for its medicinal properties (ocimum sanctum). The Tulsi plant appears in the form of a goddess, Tulasīdevī.
