Small manuscript for private use, recitation, and prayer, dedicated to praising the goddess of smallpox Śītalā (the cooling one). Contains 16 verses of text.
Title from colophon (f. 2v).
Written in 11-13 lines per leaf.
2 leaves foliated 1-2, upper left verso.
Colophon: iti śrīskaṃdapurāṇe skaṃdeśvarasaṃvāde śītalāṣṭakastotraṃ saṃpūrṇaṃ // janārdanapaṃtabhatugāḍagilasyedaṃ pustakaṃ (f. 2v).
Mistakes blacked or crossed out; paper treat with yellow pigment.
