Manuscript was used for consultation or study and is an abridgment of Bhaṭṭojī Dīkṣita's well-known grammatical treatise and commentary, the Siddhāntakaumudī.
Title from incipit (f. 1v).
Written in 7-9 lines per leaf.
28 leaves foliated 1-23, 25-29, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: ity ajaṃtāḥ pumliṃgāḥ (f. 29v).
Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; significant syllables, words, or phrases highlighted in red throughout; vertical margins marked with double red line. Some folios are treated with yellow turmeric powder. Decorative floral boarder on front cover (f. 1r).
