Manuscript is used by priests or householders for consultation about the rules and regulations (Hindu law, Dharma) governing rites that are to be performed on specific lunar days (tithi) of the Hindu calendar. Small segmented diagram/graph with various individual Bengali characters in most of the segments (f. 62v).

Written in 5-8 lines per leaf.
203 leaves foliated 1-45, [i], 46-63, 63-81, [i], 82-200, middle left and middle right verso.
Colophon: iti vandyaghaḍhīyaśrīharibhaṭṭācāryātmajaśrīraghūnandanabhaṭṭācāryaviracitaṃ tithitattvaṃ samāptaṃ // (f. 200v).
Dated śaka 1761 (1839) (f. 200v).
Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; some folios treated with yellow turmeric powder.
