Manuscript is a treatise on astrological aspects of Ayurvedic medicine and the interpretation and reading of astrological signs in the course of medical diagnosis and treatment. Manuscript contains a number of astronomical tables of numbers, symbols, and references to different planets and other heavenly bodies.

Written in 11-14 lines per leaf.
9 leaves foliated 1-9, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti cakrapāṇiviracite vibudhapadaprade praśnātattve vai // miśrapraśnādhyāya sulabha iha dvādaśaśvāgāt // samvat 1897 śāke 1762 sālamitiphālyana[?]di 4 roja 5 tad dine lohanī viṣṇudatena likhitaṃ svārthaṃ śubham // (f. 12r).
Dated saṃvat 1897 and śaka 1762 (1840) (f. 12r).
Scribe is Viṣṇudatta (f. 12r).
