Manuscript is used for contemplation and study and is a sub-commentary on Śaṅkarācārya's commentary, the Śārīrakamīmāṃsābhāṣya, on the Brahmasūtra by Bādarāyaṇa, written from the perspective of the Advaita (non-dualism) Vedānta school of philosophy.

Written in 8-11 lines per leaf.
416 leaves foliated 1-416, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti śrīmatparamaṃsaparivrājakānanyā 'nubhavpūjyapādaśiṣyasyaprakāśātmabhagavataḥ kṛtau paṃcapādikāvivaraṇesamanvayasūtraṃ samāptaṃ // śrīgurukṛṣṇārpaṇam astu // (f. 416r).
Dated saṃvat 1687 (1765) (f. 416v).
Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; significant syllables, words, or phrases highlighted in red throughout; a few vertical margins marked with double black line.
Manuscript is supported by a single hardwood board.
Scribe is Prasodana Brahmendra (f. 416v).
