Written in 8-10 lines per leaf.
7 leaves foliated 1-6, 8, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti śukradaśītarddaśāphalavibhāgaḥ // bairavatārttaḍīyadaśāvibharagasamāptaḥ // (f. 6v).
Scribe is Viṭhalabhaṭa (f. 6r).
