1 item (18 leaves) : paper ; 9 x 16 cm.
Manuscript is used for public or private recitation or prayer and worship (pūjā) of the deity Śiva in his manifestation as Dakṣināmūrtiśiva. Presented as a dialogue between Śiva (as Īśvara) and Pārvatī. Text praises the god through mantras and verse and is from a larger work known as the Rudrayāmala, a work of Tantric Śaivism.
Title from colophon (f. 3v); alternate title Śivahṛdayamantra from incipit (f. 1r); second alternate title from fourth and fifth line of text (f. 1r).
Written in 8-9 lines per leaf.
3 leaves foliated 1-3, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti śrīrudrayāmale iśvarapārvatīsaṃvāde dakṣiṇāmūrtiśivasya hṛdayaṃ samāptim agamat // śrīrastu // (f. 3v).
Mistakes blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins.
