Written in 6-9 lines per leaf.
13 leaves foliated 1-13, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: rātrīsūktasamāpta[ḥ] (f. 13v).
Mistakes blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; metrical accents in red for recitation; vertical margins marked with double black line.
