Hymns for recitation dedicated to Rudra, the Vedic precedent to the Hindu deity Śiva. Verses dedicated to Rudra appear to be drawn from the (Black) Yajurveda, possibly from or related to the Pāśupatasūtra.

Written in 11-12 lines per leaf.
