Layout: Written in 15 long lines.
Script: Written in naskh script in the hand of Muḥammad ibn Abd Allāh ibn al-Mujill al-Baghdādī (Mehmet Arikan).
Binding: Early calf over paper boards, blind-stamped and rolled.
Origin: Written in Baghdad, dated A.H. Safar 590 (Jan.-Feb. 1194, f. 86r).
