Layout: All pages (including blank ones) ruled vertically by hand in red ink for columns for figures.
Binding: Contemporary leather with blind stamping and label on front pastedown reading "Sold by David Hall at the New Printing-Office,
in Market-street, Philadelphia"; in extremely poor and fragile condition. Covers are detached; all text pages at beginning
and end have been disbound and encapsulated; blank pages are still in a sewn block.
Origin: Entries written in Philadelphia between 1762 and 1801.
