Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī's 13th-century recension of Ptolemy's Almagest with the early 14th-century commentary of the Iranian scholar and astronomer Niẓām al-Dīn al-Nīsābūrī.

Layout: Written in 29 long lines.
Script: Written in a naskh script by Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥusayn al-Ḥasan (colophon, f. 213r)
Decoration: Large astronomical diagram in black ink on iridescent ground (f. 156r); numerous small astronomical diagrams and a few tables (f. 18v-19v) in red ink, some diagrams with additions in gold; selected words or phrases in red or gold; overlining in red.
Binding: 17th-century morocco with flap; blind-stamped medallion on covers and flap.
Origin: Possibly written in Persia, now Iran, dated 13 Dhū al-Qaʻda, A.H. 813 (9 Mar. 1411, colophon, f. 213r).
