Collation: Parchment, vii (modern paper) + 27 + vii (modern paper); 1⁶(-1) 2¹⁶ 3⁶.
Layout: Text written in 24 long lines and frame-ruled in lead with double outer bounding line; tables in various formats
ruled in brown ink.
Script: Written in Italian Hebrew square and cursive script by Joseph ben Isaac Gallico (f. 5v) and possibly another hand.
Decoration: Red and brown ink used in tables.
Binding: Modern half calf over marbled boards.
Origin: Written in Italy, dated 3 Av [20 July] 1509 (f. 5v).
