Title from opening marginal note in red (f. 13r); alternate title Caturthāṣṭaka from back title page (f. 72v).
Written in 10-12 lines per leaf.
58 leaves foliated 13-71, [72], lower right verso.
Colophon: samāptaścaturthāṣṭakaḥ // śrīsāṃbārpaṇamastu // saṃvat 1871 // cha // (f. 71v).
Dated saṃvat 1871 (1814) (f. 71v).
Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; significant syllables, words, or phrases highlighted in red throughout; vertical margins marked with double red line; accented in red throughout.
May have been housed at an earlier time with Item 2, Item 3, and Item 5.
