Manuscript for use during Śaiva initiation (dīkṣitạ̄) rites of transformation (maṅgala) and worship (pūjā), containing a series of Sanskrit mantras for recitation.
Title from colophon (f. 1v); alternate title Maṅgalastotra (1r).
Written in 15 lines per leaf.

Colophon: iti śrīrudrayāmale maṃgalaproktaṃ maṃgalapoktaṃ saṃpūrṇaṃ // yādṛśaṃ pustakaṃ dṛṣtvā tadṛśaṃ likhi[taṃ] mayā // yadi ṣudham aṣudhaṃ vā mama doṣo na dīyate 1 // (f. 1v).
