Summary:
Manuscript is used as an aid for private or public recitation and prayer and contains mantras dedicated to different manifestations of the Hindu god Śiva, especially Tryaṁbaka (the three-eyed one); many mantras are drawn from Vedic sources.

Written in 11-13 lines per leaf.
2 leaves foliated 1-2, upper left verso and upper left recto.
Colophon: iti mṛtyuṃjayavidhānaṃ pūrttim agamat // śake 1659 bhādravadi 9 some likhitaṃ śubhaṃ // rāmaḥ // (f. 2v).
Dated śake 1659 bhādravadi 9 (Wednesday, September 18, 1737) (f. 2r).
