Manuscript used for contemplation and study and is a philosophical treatise titled Knowledge of the Self, a summary of Advaita (non-dualism) Vedānta doctrine, possibly derived from verses of the Atharvaveda, but typically attributed to Śaṅkarācārya.

Written in 9 lines per leaf.
5 leaves foliated 1-5, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti śrīmatparamahaṃsaparivrājakācāryaśrīmatsaṃkarācāryaviracitātmabodhaprakaraṇaṃ samāptaṃ (f. 5r).
