Written in 9-10 lines per leaf.
8 leaves foliated 1-8, upper left and lower right verso.
Incipit: śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ // athasandhyāprayogaḥ // (f. 1v).
Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; vertical margins marked with double red line.
Watermarks may be parts of a coat of arms.
Scribe is Keśva Bhaṭṭa Māṭe (f. 8v).
