Title from colophon (f. 3v); alternate title Gāyatrībhāṣyā from title abbreviations in margins.
Written in 8-9 lines per leaf.
3 leaves foliated 1-3, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti śrīmat paramahaṃsaparivrājakācāryaśrīsaṃkarācāryakṛtagāyatrīvivaraṇaṃ samāptaṃ // (f. 3v).
