Assignment of power of attorney on 2 August 1395 by Petrino Blassori, from Porta Sole, outside Perugia, to his wife Ursina, daughter of Gregorio Ughi, to have her supervise the sale of a piece of land. Lower half of manuscript torn, with loss of text.
