Small manuscript for private use, recitation, and prayer, dedicated to praising the goddess of smallpox Śītalā (the cooling one). Contains 16 verses of text.
Formerly owned by Janārdanapanta Bhatu Gāḍagila (f. 2v); possibly the same as Janārdana Koṇḍadeva Gāḍagila, former owner of more than 20 other manuscripts in Ms. Coll. 390, University of Pennsylvania.
