Referred to as Nāgojī Bhaṭṭa in the colophon (f. 71v); is the son of Satī and Śiva Bhaṭṭa Upādhyāya.
Manuscript used for consultation and teaching. It is a grammatical commentary, exposition, and treatise on the on the rules (paribhāṣā) governing aspects of the Pāṇini school of Sanskrit grammar.
