Title from colophon (f. 3v).
Written in 6-7 lines per leaf.
3 leaves foliated 1-3, upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti śrīmacchaṃ[ka]rācāryaviracitaṃ ajapāstotraṃ saṃpūrṇaṃ // (f. 3v).
Mistakes covered in yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; verse divisions and colophon in red; vertical margins marked with quadruple line in red and black line.
