Biography/History

Eugene Conrad Elser (1944-) is a Professor of Lwa at Regent University School of Law in Virginia. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 22, 1944. Elser graduated with is B.A. in 1968 from Roberts Wesleyan College, and his M.A. (1970) and Ph.D. (1972) from Ohio State University, and his J.D. in 1979 from the University of Tennessee.

Scope and Contents

This collection is comprised of the single volume manuscript of Eugene C. Elser's dissertation for the Doctor of Philosophy degree at Ohio State University. The manuscript analyzes the rhetoric of George Fox in his journal entries and analyzes George Fox as a "charismatic communicator."
