Notes:
Photograph is a reprint and shows the signatures by FM Good at lower right; photocopy has an attached desciption and is numbered 1035; printed description: "The second Pyramid, or Pyramid of Chephren, the brother of Cheops. At present the length of the base is 690 feet, and the perpendicular height 446 feet. Formerly there was a coating of limestone; some courses still remain on the upper portion. In the main chamber is a sarcophagus sunk in the floor. An Arabic inscription records an opening by King Ali Mohammed."
