A horse and wagon and a large group of people are outside of a multi-story stone/brick building. The ground floor has doors
and closed wooden windows. Beneath the roof, the building is open on all sides; above the roof there is a second smaller roof,
also with open air ventilation. A chimney is at both ends and the building has an exterior stone staircase. Three more sections
of the building have a single story and closed roofing. An inset shows a horse and plow with two men/boys. There are a number
of young trees planted in the front and on the side of the building
